After having taken Natalie 3 month old portraits (see my blog “Natalie is 3 month old!”) It is already time for her 2nd baby milestone photo session. Natalie is now 6 month old! And she has changed so much in just 3 months.

If I had to describe Natalie, I would definitely say “always smiling baby girl!”. I know she is of course not always like that! Having 3 children, I often thought, when people were doing a similar comment, “you haven’t seen my child the other 23 hours of the day… :)”. But each time I take picture of her, she does an amazing job smiling and interacting. 

We decided to go back to her nursery to take those milestones pictures. It is a room beautifully decorated and full of light. As you will see it is not because the pictures are taken in the same location that they have to be the identical (except if this is what you are looking for!). 

Personalize your session with unique meaningful props

Natalie’s mum, Allison, took out of the closet a beautiful jumper that was hers when she was 6 month old. Can you imagine?! What an amazing and unique opportunity to take meaningful pictures, it was perfect! I love when we can find something, it can be a prop or a location, to pictures you will cherish for years to come.

I remember a newborn session (before I started blogging) during which we took pictures of the baby girl wrapped in her mum’s wedding veil. Isn’t that the best idea?!
