By booking I confirm I have read and agreed to the terms & conditions

All fees and retainers are non-refundable, even if the session is rescheduled or canceled for any reason other than inclement weather.
If, in the opinion of the photographer, inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the creation of photos meeting the artistic standards of the photographer. The photographer may elect to use an alternate location or to reschedule the session.
PHOTOGRAPHY, COPYRIGHT & MODEL RELEASE
Photography - The photographer is the exclusive official photographer retained to perform the photographic services requested on this contract.
Copyrights - The photographs produced by the photographer are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all right reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without the photographer’s explicit written permission. The photographer retains copyrights on all images (even those purchased on USB or download) and reserves the right to use the images and/or reproductions for display, publication, or other purposes.
The Photographer grants the Client permission to share the images on social network websites, with family and friends, and on vendor websites as long as the images remain unaltered and textual credit is explicitly given to the Photographer. The Client agrees not to use the photos taken by the Photographer for profit, commercial endeavors or for entrance into any competition. The Client also agrees not to alter the digital images in any way aside from basic cropping.
Model release - The photographer reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display, publication or other purposes. The Client warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend the Photographer in the event of litigation arising out of such use. Negatives, digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of this photographer.
Capture & Delivery - The photographer is not liable to deliver very image taken during the session. The determination of images delivered to the Client is left to the discretion of the photographer. Images will be delivered to the Client at the latest on Mother's Day.
Post-production & Edit - The final post-production and editing styles, effects and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of the photographer.
ONLINE GALLERY
At the latest on Mother's Day, the photographer shall make images available through a private online Gallery. The photographer retains the discretion to select the photographic materials made available through the Gallery. The Gallery will be available to Client for a period of six months after the session.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
In the unlikely event that the photographer is unable to perform to the guidelines of the contract due to an injury, illness, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of the photographer, responsibility and liability in limited to the return of all payments received for the Session. In the unlikely event that the digital files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond the Photographer’s control, including but not limited to camera, hard drive, or equipment malfunction, the photographer’s liability is limited the the return of payments received for the Session.
