When should I book my senior portraits?
Most seniors book their portrait session during spring or summer before senior year, or early fall. Booking early ensures the best availability and allows plenty of time for yearbook deadlines, announcements, and graduation celebrations.
What should I wear for my senior photos?
You'll receive a 40+ page Senior Session Guide with outfit tips, color recommendations, and styling advice. I'll also help you finalize outfits during your session so everything photographs beautifully and feels true to you.
I'm nervous in front of the camera — is that okay?
Absolutely. Almost every senior feels a little nervous at first. I'll guide you through poses, movements, and prompts so you feel comfortable and confident. No modeling experience is needed — just be yourself.
Can parents or siblings be included in senior photos?
Yes. Parents, siblings, and even pets can be included in part of your senior session. This is a great way to capture this milestone as a family while keeping the focus on the senior.
Can I be there for the session, even if I'm not being photographed?
Absolutely — parents are welcome to come along and watch. Many do, and I find it actually helps seniors relax early on. If your senior wants some solo time to feel a little more independent partway through, that's completely fine too.
What if my senior is camera-shy or doesn't really want to be there?
More common than you'd think, and something I'm used to working with. I keep things low-pressure, use simple prompts instead of stiff poses, and build in time to warm up — most seniors, even the reluctant ones, relax within the first few minutes.
How much input do parents get on outfits and locations?
As much as you'd like. Some parents and seniors plan everything together, and some seniors prefer to take the lead with me directly — either way, you'll both get the same 40-page Senior Experience Guide with outfit and location ideas, and I'm happy to loop you in by email along the way.

When will we receive our senior photos?
Your fully edited senior portraits will be delivered in a private online gallery within 10 business days of your session. From there, you can download, share, and print your images.
Do you photograph seniors outside of Atlanta?
