Step 1: Reach Out and Connect

Fill out my Contact Form on my website. I’ll be in touch within 24 hours to learn more about your goals and expectations. We’ll discuss what you’re looking for in terms of style, location, background, and overall vibe. I’m here to help with every detail, including outfit suggestions and color choices to ensure your headshots align with your brand.

Step 2: Plan Your Perfect Session

After our initial conversation, I’ll send you a quick 2-minute questionnaire to confirm your preferences and vision. You’ll also receive my Headshot Welcome Guide. It’s packed with tips to help you feel fully prepared and confident, like choosing flattering colors for your outfit or how to relax in front of the camera.

Step 3: Capture the Moment

This is where the magic happens! We’ll meet at the agreed-upon location, and your session will last about 20 minutes. I’ll create a relaxed and fun atmosphere. With natural light or studio setups I’ll highlight your best features and ensure your personality shines through. This gives us plenty of time to capture a variety of shots and even accommodate a quick outfit change if needed. I’ll guide you through poses to ensure you look and feel your best.

Step 4: Review Your Proofs

Within 1 business day after your session, you’ll receive a proof gallery featuring lightly edited images (adjusted for cropping and lighting). From this gallery, you’ll select your favorite images for final edits.

Step 5: Receive Your Final Images

Once you’ve made your selections, I’ll fully edit your chosen images. Within 2 business days, you’ll receive your final private online gallery. From there, you can download your high-resolution and web-optimized digital headshots. It’s time to share them and update your social media profiles!
