I work with a few Atlanta property managers to offer corporate headshots mini sessions on a regular basis to their tenants. I love this idea as it is a Win (property manager event) – Win (employees get headshots done on site) – Win (for me!) situation! 

Back-to-back headshots mini sessions on site

This time, in an Atlanta Midtown office building, 30 employees were offered back-to-back corporate headshots mini sessions by Hines. I met so many new people with different stories and different activities. I even bumped into a past client (I took his family pictures last fall)!

Equipped with a portable studio, completed with lights, stands, and backdrops, I arrived at the company’s office and set everything up in a few minutes with the help of the property manager. Gone were the days of lengthy photoshoots and inconvenient scheduling. Instead, employees seamlessly transitioned from their desks to the photography set, maximizing both time and productivity.

This streamlined process wasn’t just about speed—it was about quality. Each individual received personalized attention and care. I ensured that every portrait captured the unique personality of its subject with a series of standing and sitting poses. I wanted them to have the most options possible to select from.

Whether employees were accustomed to having their headshots taken every six months or were stepping in front of the camera for the very first time, the end result was the same: a collection of headshots that not only met but exceeded expectations.

These headshots are powerful tools that could be utilized across multiple platforms. From the company website to social medias profile, each employee now has professional portraits that authentically represent who they are.
